    Returns and Refunds

    Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

    All returned products must include the original price tags, labels, packaging, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, complimentary items, and original boxes ("Essentials"). Returns received without any of these Essentials may be rejected.

    Customers are advised to retain the original packaging for at least 7–10 days after delivery, as it may be required for returns, replacements, or quality verification.

    Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and verification of the returned product.

    All content, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and materials displayed on the DEBIK website are the property of DEBIK and may not be used without prior written consent.
