All Debik products are meticulously crafted for your comfort, aiming to provide a pain-free experience during walking, sitting, sleeping and breathing. We're confident you'll love our products just as much as we do.

Our 7-day free return & exchange policy ensures you have a week from the moment your order is delivered to decide if our product is right for you. If 7 days have elapsed since your order delivery, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it

  • Returned in the original packaging

Please note, we will not be able to process a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If the product return was requested after seven days

  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging

During our exclusive Sale period, please note:

  • Orders placed will not be eligible for returns

  • In case of size issues, defective or damaged product, we will be pleased to assist you in exchanging orders placed during the sale, subject to size availability

  •  To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

    1. Visit our return center at www.debik.shop within 7 days of receiving your product.

    2. Enter your order number & email id associated with your order

    3. Follow the instructions provided on the portal to request the return or exchange.

    As soon as your request is registered on the portal, our team will start working on it during our operation hours(Mon-Sat, 10AM to 7PM). During this complete process our team will be in touch with you to inform you about all the updates.
